Dear members and friends,
ACPEQ members are active in several ways. We would like to thank you for your involvement.
We reiterate the importance of contacting your MNA. As an elected official, he-she is the person who represents you and who must listen to your opinions. First, contact your MNA right away and try to get an appointment to meet with them. Continue to ask with determination. It is your MNA you want to talk to, not his or her assistant. MNAs are generally in their ridings on Mondays. It is also important to send him-her, in paper format, a PERSONALIZED letter (the “standard letters” have very little impact). We also suggest that you send a copy of the original letter to Minister Jean-François Roberge and Premier François Legault.
Please keep us informed of your actions.
You can also call everyone you know to ask them to do the same: contact the MNA’s office to leave a message or speak to the MNA and write a letter to the MNA with a copy to the Minister and the Prime Minister. You could help with the letter or suggest one that they can sign.
We will also send you ACPEQ’s press release shortly. Feel free to use it and send it to your local media.
We remind you to contact the spokesperson, Patrice Boileau, at patboileau@acpeq.org.
Warm regards,
Patrice Boileau, Eng., MBA
