[1] To register for the conference, you must be a member of ACPEQ. (The only exception is if this is the FIRST time you attend an ACPEQ conference – see note 5 below.) If you are not currently a member, please go to our membership page and complete the registration form.
[2] In order to ensure adequate and safe planning of the children’s program (ages 6 to 12), all children must be registered through the on-line registration form before May 22, 2020. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION FOR THE CHILDREN’S PROGRAM.
[3] Youth desiring to participate in the Graduation Ceremony must be pre-registered. In order for a graduate to take part in the Graduation Ceremony, parents must also be registered for the Conference.
[4] Free for Teen Volunteers.
[5] The « First Visit » special rate is reserved for those who have never attended ACPEQ’s Annual Conference. The children’s program is not available with this plan. If you wish to register children in the children’s program, you must register as a regular participant.
